Notice for RFP The Government of West Bengal in the Department of MSME & Textiles hereby invites applications in prescribed Format (uploaded on Departmental websites mentioned at the bottom) from the Enterprises/Sellers of Finished Leather/Leather Goods, Handloom/Handicrafts items, Exporters of Leather Goods/Handicrafts, New Entrepreneurs, who are interested to get allotment of a ready-built Stalls with "Plug & Play" facilities in the upcoming "Leather & Cottage Industry Product Marketing Hub" housed in the duly customized "Press & Forms Department Building" on Judges' Court Road at Alipore. Basic eligibility criteria for submitting application are:- The applicant (i) should be an Enterprise as Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd, Company or Public Ltd. Company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) engaged in manufacturing and selling of Leather Goods (including Finished Leather) or, Handicrafts/Handloom Products etc. for minimum 3 years, (ii) should have filed ITR and GST returns for the last 3 Financial Years, i.e. up to FY 2027-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024 & (iii) shall be engaged in manufacturing & selling of any of the diversified products, e.g. Leather Hand Bags, Wallets, Portfolio Bag, Footwear, Leather Garments, Handicraft & Handloom Products etc. Some Stalls will be reserved for less experienced manufacturer & sellers (who filed ITR and GST for minimum 1 year). Stalls are to be used for selling only.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- per sq ft.
Last date of submission of application: 09-04-2025 (within 5 pm.)
