NOTICE INVITING REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) – RATE CONTRACT
WBSIDC Ltd. invites sealed quotations from reputed vendors of the open market as well as existing enlisted vendors of WBSIDC Ltd. having proven supply credentials of printer cartridge accessories for entering into a Rate Contract.
Scope of Work:
Supply of printer cartridge accessories as per specifications and format enclosed with this notice.
Rate Contract Terms:
* The rates quoted by the vendors shall be fixed under a Rate Contract.
* The quoted rates will remain valid for a period of 01 (one) year from the date of finalization of the Rate Contract.
* Vendors must submit their rates strictly in the prescribed Rate Contract format enclosed herewith.
Eligibility & Documents Required:
Interested vendors must submit the following documents along with their quotation:
* Valid GST Registration Certificate
* Proof of supply credentials of printer cartridge accessories /Authorized Dealer / Authorized Distributor / Direct Manufacturer
* Past supply credentials of similar items
* Any other relevant supporting documents
Submission of Quotation:
* Quotations must be submitted as per the prescribed format along with all required documents.
* The quotation should include detailed specifications, unit rates, taxes, and terms & conditions.
Last Date of Submission:
* Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issuance of this notice.
Mode of Submission:
* Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed as:
“RFQ for Rate Contract – Supply of supply of printer cartridge accessories ”
* Addressed to:

* WBSIDC Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
* Incomplete, conditional, or late submissions will be rejected.
* The selected vendors will be empanelled under the Rate Contract for supply during the validity period.
